Where the fusion of rural tranquility meets the allure of French elegance...

Welcome to the Guest House at The Eliot Estate:

Alyssa's journeys to France have kindled a longing to recreate the essence of the French countryside in Amish Country, Ohio - not just with lavender fields, but with the Lavender Barn Guest House. Guests can come and stay in our 1800's barn that was moved to the property in 2022 and stay amongst the backroads of Amish Country.

Down the dirt roads of Holmes County, nestled among our family's hay and lavender fields- immerse yourself in the serene countryside we love so much. Mere steps from our homegrown lavender fields, hand-hewn white oak beams meet clean, warm-white walls, cobbled stone accents bring the feeling of Europe. The soft hues of lavender and cream create an atmosphere that is both inviting and refined, allowing guests to feel as though they have stepped into a painting, where every detail has been meticulously curated to evoke a sense of peace and luxury.

Awaken to the morning sun pouring into the rooms. Enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee either on the couch or with a leisurely stroll through the lavender fields. As the day unfolds, allow yourself to be captivated by the charm of the surrounding Amish Country. Explore our popular nearby towns: Berlin, Walnut Creek, Charm, Millersburg, Loudonville, & Wooster- all within a 20-40 minute drive.

Alyssa's favorite times in the lavender fields are in the evening when the golden sunset casts over the lavender fields. The tranquil ambiance of our French-inspired Guest House transforms into a haven of warmth and inspiration.

We invite you to escape the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary at our French-inspired retreat, where the essence of lavender and the beauty of Amish Country converge to create an unparalleled experience of relaxation.

Visually Beautiful

"This is a jaw dropping space. It’s so visually beautiful and at the same time comfortable and functional. The location is remote and a beautiful drive to local towns with restaurants and shopping. Alyssa left personal touches and was great with communication. Can’t recommend enough!"

Unique & Luxurious

"Alyssa’s place was so unique & beautifully decorated! Luxurious towels & bedding, lots of attention to detail & everything you need to cook… and grill (which we did a lot)! She was a very responsive host & was right there to help us out with a couple different things that came up. We enjoyed campfires in the evenings in the peaceful surroundings & just lots of relaxing! I would highly recommend staying here if you need some R&R!"
